This policy explains how and when we deliver your Desi Chakh orders.

Where we deliver

We ship across India wherever our courier partners can deliver. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm availability.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will share tracking details by WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Delivery problems

Please check the parcel at delivery. If the jar is damaged, leaking or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund & Return Policy.
If the courier cannot reach you or the address is wrong, the parcel may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which may carry extra charges.
